Remote data transmission

The interactive control device for heat pumps automatically builds the bridge to the customer service. The service partner can check and adjust parameters and even fix faults from afar via a commercially available GSM or analog modem. Available as COMBOX module including analog or GSM modem, fully wired in a wall mounted casing (COMBOX analog / COMBOX GSM). The service program ComSoft records all information that is relevant to the customer service. The service partner can therefore check all adjustments and diagnose any possible faults immediately. The program provides active support for the remote monitoring of the DCO. This is available as download at the expert level.
