UNICO Sky

The most versatile

UNICO is the first air conditioning unit to have eliminated the cumbersome outdoor unit. In a single body it contains what the split units divide into two. This facilitates installation, prevents complex installation operations and resolves those cases where it would be necessary to forego comfort because it proves impossible to install the outdoor pack. UNICO is an independent air conditioning unit that electronically maintains the ideal climate in the room.

In compliance with European standards for environmental protection, Unico uses R410A, a refrigerant gas that does not damage the ozone layer.

Unico versions 8.5 and 12.5 have class A rating, the best in terms of efficiency and low energy consumption.

No outdoor unit
The outdoor and indoor units are finally united, thus eliminating complex, costly installations. The grilles covering the outside holes are nearly invisible for optimized environmental impact.

Low installation costs

Unico is installed with just two anchor screws.

Simple

The unit is connected to the outside through two holes made with a bores and the outside grilles can be positioned working from inside the room.

Fast

It can be installed in less than two hours. In the cooling-only models, automatic disposal of the condensation makes a drainage duct unnecessary and this further simplifies the installation.

Top performance

From 2,8 to 3,2 Kw, Class A (version 12.5): Sky represents the best in fixed climate control without an outdoor unit. The large air flow capacity derived from the front intake and optimized "double duct" technology enalble the Sky models to offer extremely high power while reducing power consumption to the barest minimum. 

One machine, many installations

Unico is truly versatile:
thanks to the modular elements wall installation has no constraints.

The Sky models can be installed:

- low, like a console, with the vent grille at the top

- high, on the wall, with flaps set at the bottom

- recessed, in recess in the wall

The ideal climate requires a natural exchange of air. For this reason the Sky models have been equipped (standard) with an exclusive system that draws stale air out of the room to ensure the highest level of comfort.

Being unique means paying utmost attention to detail: from design conceived to blend into any interior to the new, slim outside grilles, and even the practical housin for the remote control. Designed down to the smallest detail, Unico makes climate control a pleasure from every angle.  

Advanced electronics

Unico is BAS-ready. A BAS, or "Building Automation System" makes it possible to manage one or more air conditioners over a wall-mounted wireless control or through a personal computer. Turning the units on and off, selecting operating parametres: everything can be easily managed, even remotely, and this means greater comfort and energy savings. A BAS is the ideal solution for centralized multi-room climate control, whether in the home or office.
